The family of Hannah Blashill (Grannie).
Robert Blashill (Grannie's Father) was born in Ottringham, Yorkshire. He married Martha Thomson. He was a farmer and lived for many years at Knapp Farm, Bridge Sollers, Hereford. His son, William Blashill, took over the farm. Robert and William were both on the Parish Council (& lay readers ?) of the Parish Church of Bridge Sollers. A cousin of Grannie's was a chief architect (!) in London. He wrote a Blashill Family Chronicle. Uncle Charles (5) has spent much time with this uncle. The name Blashill comes from Scotland, and is an unusual one.
